Internships
You can experience Energy Alloys directly through a paid student internship, which
is typically 10 weeks in length over the summer months. Energy Alloys internships are an excellent way to experience the Energy Alloys culture and gain first-hand experience of what it's like to work with an entrepreneurial global company.
Campus Recruiting
Energy Alloys has a recruiting program for opportunities in many of our offices. The Energy Alloys recruiting team begins the process by developing relationships with candidates at several on-campus recruiting events: career fairs, company presentations, and department-sponsored events. Energy Alloys encourages students who are interested in further developing a relationship with the company to submit a cover letter and resume to the Energy Alloys Human Resources department.

First Round Interviews
First round interviews are typically held at Energy Alloys or on campus, depending on the type of campus event. Your experience and potential will be assessed in the following areas:
- Communication
- Problem Solving
- Experience
- Teamwork
- Ability to contribute diverse skills
- Ability to learn new skills
- Interest in working at Energy Alloys
All students are contacted shortly after the first round interviews are complete, and will be informed of their status in the recruiting process.
Final Round Interviews
Final round interviews are held at Energy Alloys headquarters in Houston, TX or in Rotherham, UK.
Candidates can expect behavioral, business, or technical case interviews. During the final round interview, you will have the opportunity to meet with managers, vice presidents and principals.
I chose Energy Alloys because of the opportunity, the people and the culture. I've been given many opportunities in so many different areas of the company. I can't imagine getting this experience anywhere else. My managers encourage me to always be confident in my abilities and ideas, and to voice them. They value my ideas and insight.
