| Energy Alloys is a major distributor of high quality special steels and nickel alloys to meet the diverse needs of industry in the UK, Europe and throughout the world.
Energy Alloys operates through four sales and service facilities in England and two sales and service centres in Scotland, selling to UK and international markets.
A comprehensive range of processing facilities is readily available to provide semi-finished material ready for second stage machining. The company operates a fully equipped machine shop, primarily for the oil and gas industry, including the UK's largest capacity, by size, for deep-hole boring. |

| Energy Alloys is a major supplier of materials to the oil and gas industry throughout the world, offering a comprehensive range
of materials from stock, fully released to the appropriate NACE and API specifications. In addition to chrome-moly and
nickel-chrome-moly grades, we offer a wide range of stainless steels including 410,420, 17-4 PH and duplex / super duplex
grades. Nickel alloys are also stocked in grades 718, K500 and 925.
Round bar is stocked in sizes from 3⁄4" to 41" either as rolled or forged bar, according to diameter and grade. For certain
applications, long lengths are critical and bar in lengths up to 40 feet is held.
Processing is a vital part of our service to customers and we have a dedicated machine shop offering a wide range of services
including deep-hole boring, up to 40 feet, as well as turning, trepanning and honing.

| Energy Alloys is a major distributor of stainless steels, primarily in bar form, stocking a comprehensive range of grades. In
addition to the 300 and 400 series, we offer 17-4 PH, FV 520B and a wide range of duplex, super duplex, heat resisting and
highly corrosion resistant grades.
Round bar is stocked in sizes from 1/8" to 24" usually as bright or turned bar, depending on diameter and grade. Hollow bar is
also available in sizes from 32mm x 16mm to 250mm x 200mm.
Processing of material is a key aspect of our customer service, from cutting or boring through to first stage machining, so that
customers can concentrate on their main activities. |

| Energy Alloys is the UK’s leading distributor of carbon and alloy steels, with a comprehensive stock range. In particular, we offer
a wide range of direct hardening and case hardening alloy steels, including 817M40 and 655M13, to meet the diverse needs of UK
engineering industries.
Round bar is stocked in sizes from 25mm to 840mm, either as rolled or forged bar, depending on diameter and grade. Various
standard heat treatment conditions are available to meet customer needs.
Grey cast iron in grades 250, 350 is stocked, as well as the SG420 and 500 ranges. In addition, a range of tool steel suitable
for either cold or hot working is held.
Processing of material is a key aspect of our customer service, from cutting or boring through to first stage machining, so that
customers can concentrate on their main activities.
All material comes fully certified and additional special testing can easily be arranged. |
